Al Cohen
President and CEO

Al Cohen brings more than twenty-five years of strategic leadership experience at technology firms including Sigaba, Sendmail, Persistence Software, Cygnus Solutions, and IBM. As president and CEO, Cohen is responsible for all operations of the company, including sales, marketing, development, finance, and client services. Prior to SeeControl, Al served as President and CEO of Sigaba, the leading provider of Private Information Sharing security software. Previous to Sigaba, Al was COO of Sendmail, Inc. where he played a strategic role in helping Sendmail grow sales and revenues and drove the company's evolution from an Open Source support organization into an Enterprise Messaging software Company. A distinguished record of positions at both leadership and vice presidential levels at various technology firms enable Al to lead SeeControl effectively as the company expands its market share.

Al holds B.S. and an M.S. from the University of Connecticut. He also attended the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Business.


Parker Lord
Chief Technology Officer

Parker Lord is CTO of SeeControl, responsible for development of SeeControl products and ongoing technical strategies for hardware, software, communications, security, and automatic identification.

Before CTO, Parker was VP of Engineering for SeeControl. Prior to SeeControl, Parker was Director of Engineering at Cardinal Health (CAH), joining the company upon acquisition of Atlantes, where he was the Vice President of Engineering. Before Atlantes, Parker was a Senior Manager at Oracle (ORCL) where he managed the Interactive Television Division development team. Previous to Oracle, Parker served Lockheed Martin (LMT) as an engineer and manager in the Special Programs Group, developing a classified satellite-based receiver and signal processing system. Following delivery of the hardware to the U.S. government, he developed an advanced database and software system to analyze data collected by the receiver.

Parker received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University.


Kathy Hutton
Vice President of Strategic Accounts

Kathy oversees Strategic Accounts and is accountable for delivering client success and satisfaction. Kathy brings twenty-years of experience in general management, operations, field service and customer service.

Prior to SeeControl, Kathy was the Director of Client Services for Cardinal Health (CAH), joining the company upon acquisition of Atlantes, where she was the Director of Field Operations and Customer Service. Prior to Atlantes, Kathy was the Executive Director of a California non-profit organization generating $2.5 million in annual revenue where she secured a $9 million municipal contract providing residential and commercial recycling collection services. Previously, as Program Manager for Norcal Waste Systems, Kathy helped orchestrate the design, implementation and rapid scale of the country’s most successful and highly-regarded residential recycling programs for the City of San Francisco. She managed a staff of 75 responsible for all aspects of customer service providing critical daily collection services. Kathy began her career with Montgomery Securities managing all office services for over 400 employees.

Kathy received a B.S. in Business Management from Ithaca College.


Michael Harper
Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services

As Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Services for SeeControl, Michael brings nineteen years of experience in sales, international sales and operations management, and business development. He is responsible for all SeeControl activities relating to revenue, professional services and customer satisfaction.

Prior to SeeControl, Michael served as Vice President, North American Sales for Padcom, a mobile VPN provider, where he doubled sales operations and was instrumental in increasing revenues by over 200% in 2005 prior to the company's merger with NetMotion Wireless. Before Padcom, he served as Vice President, European Operations for Sendmail, an enterprise messaging and security provider. At Sendmail, Michael assumed a 54 member team distributed across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. His teams not only secured strategic alliances with Hewlett Packard, IBM, T-Systems, Orange PCS, and Vodafone but also orchestrated a direct and channel strategy that aided in the EMEA operation's migration to a profitable business unit. Prior, Michael spent five years with Persistence Software where his teams contributed substantially to a successful IPO in 1999. He has also held sales positions with EMC and Dun and Bradstreet Software.

Michael holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from the University of Texas at Austin.


Kelly Lee Dugan
Vice President, Finance & Administration

Kelly is Vice President of Finance and Administration, responsible for SeeControl’s financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, maintenance of its fiscal records, the preparation of financial reports and ensuring SeeControl’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including human resources compliance.

Prior to SeeControl, Kelly was Director of Finance for Antara LLC where she was responsible for the company’s financial policies and procedures, IT, and human resources. She was instrumental in the successful transition of all accounting and administrative functions when the company was spun out of an incubator. Before Antara, Kelly was Owner of Shamrock Business Services, a company providing accounting services to venture backed start-ups and established businesses. She began her career at Masstor Systems Corporation.

Kelly graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Strayer University.


Bryan Kester
Vice President, Marketing and Alliances

Bryan manages marketing and partner business development for SeeControl. He is responsible for building upon SeeControl's leading SaaS inventory and asset management position.

Bryan recently served as Director of Business Development for SeeControl. Prior to SeeControl, Bryan was Senior Sales Manager for Cardinal Health (CAH) inventory solutions, joining the company upon acquisition of Atlantes, where he was Director of Sales & Product Marketing. Previous to Atlantes, Bryan was an Innovation Director at Redleaf Group, an early-stage venture capital firm where he provided interim sales and marketing leadership to portfolio companies. Prior to Redleaf, Bryan served as a Partner at Organic (OMC) and a Manager at USWeb (USWB) launching several B2B and B2C Internet products including a web-based logistics solution. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand as a management consultant and then as a member of the global marketing team.

Bryan received a B.A. in Industrial Economics and Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
