The SeeControl Device Cloud offers a hardware-independent approach to creating M2M and business workflow applications. The platform offers plug-n-play support for many leading devices. When a new device or smart product is released onto the market or needed by your solution, we quickly create an adapter. For mobile applications, we customize a Windows Mobile, iOS or Android OS app for your specific solution.

The SeeControl approach to data capture frees you from hardware lock-in that comes with many M2M software products and reduces the pain of technology refresh cycles.

Web Forms

For both remote data collection and business workflows, the Platform delivers smart forms that plug in gaps in M2M data and also enable asset and supply management. Web forms can generate transactions just like a device does for M2M emulation and testing.

Laptop Barcode Scanning

Via inexpensive USB barcode scanners, you can collect data anywhere via 1D and 2D ready smart web pages. You can have multiple configurations of this page to support different business process and data collection models. If needed, our client service team can help you create color-coded “scan sheets” that reduce common information and data into barcodes, such as quantity or department number.

Mobile Applications

Use industrial scanners or consumer-grade devices equipped with iOS, Android or Windows Mobile. For industrial applications, we offer a turnkey Windows CE 5.0 data collection app. For consumer-grade devices, SeeControl solution architects can create a mobile application to your requirements.

RFID & Wi-Fi Beacons

The Platform can interface and manage the massive transactional load of fixed RFID readers used in warehousing, retail, construction site and security environments. Our client service team and partner network can help you perform site surveys and pick the right active RFID, passive RFID or Wi-Fi RTLS system for your solution.

GPS

SeeControl provides extensive support for capture of latitude / longitude information and geocoding of both mobile items and fixed locations. Geocoding is translating a lat/long pair into a standard street address or vice-versa. The platform has a spatial analysis backend that supports standard features such as geofencing and landmarks plus other analytics.

Sensors

M2M support for any data point and unit of measure for sensors and embedded systems. As with RFID and GPS, it handles message loads measured in the millions. Sensors are typically connected to an Ethernet or Cellular wireless routing point for secure distribution of data to the wired or wireless Internet.

Connections & Networks

The M2M Device Cloud provides multiple gateways to communicate with huge populations of assets. If a remote product or sensor is not network-ready, SeeControl partners establish Wi-Fi, WiMax, Zigbee, GSM or CDMA connections with modems and M2M routers. For large deployments, partners can also provide M2M device management for provisioning, wireless billing and bandwidth control.
