Bryan Kester
CEO
Bryan is responsible for growing SeeControl's leading M2M cloud platform position. Prior to SeeControl, Bryan was the Global Sales Director for Cardinal Health (CAH) RFID solutions, joining the company upon acquisition of Atlantes M2M, where he was Director of Sales & Product Marketing. Previous to Atlantes, Bryan was an Innovation Director at Redleaf Group, an early-stage venture capital firm. Prior to Redleaf, Bryan served as a Partner at Organic (OMC) and a Corporate Development Manager USWeb/CKS (USWB) through two IPOs and hypergrowth phases of those companies. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand in management consulting. Bryan received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
Vlad Yavichev
Director of Engineering
Vlad oversees web platform development and technical innovation for SeeControl. Vlad brings to SeeControl over twenty-five years experience working on application, server and component technologies. Vlad joined us from AppStream (now Symantec) where he was lead architect for a SaaS product for creating and provisioning on-demand IT workspaces. Prior to AppStream, he gained large-scale SaaS supply chain expertise at TradeBeam (now CDC) building the leading import/export compliance and supply chain visibility platform. Before TradeBeam, he served Exadel where he helped build Mortgage.com to service hundreds of thousands of real estate buyers and mortgage brokers in complex loan origination processes. Vlad holds a M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Saratov State University.
Kathy Hutton
Vice President of Sales & Accounts
Kathy oversees client and partner relationships. Prior to SeeControl, Kathy was the Director of Client Services for Cardinal Health (CAH), joining the company upon acquisition of Atlantes M2M, where she was the Director of Field Operations. Prior to Atlantes, Kathy ran a California non-profit where she secured a $10 million municipal contract providing residential and commercial recycling management services. Previously, at Norcal Waste Systems, Kathy helped designed and scaled the country’s most successful residential recycling programs for the City of San Francisco. She managed a staff of 75 responsible for customer service providing critical daily collection services and fleet administration. Kathy began her career with Montgomery Securities. Kathy received a B.S. in Business from Ithaca College.
Kelly Lee Dugan
Vice President, Finance & Administration
Kelly is Vice President of Finance and Administration, responsible for SeeControl’s finances and operations. Prior to SeeControl, Kelly was Director of Finance for Antara LLC where she was responsible for the company’s financial policies and procedures, IT, and human resources. She was instrumental in the successful transition of all accounting and administrative functions when the company was spun out of an incubator. Before Antara, Kelly was Owner of Shamrock Business Services, a company providing accounting services to venture backed start-ups and established businesses. She began her career at Masstor Systems Corporation. Kelly graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Strayer University.
